Privacy policy

This app is operated by YoungCow Media LLC for AYSO Region 820 (Menifee, California). It exists to give registered soccer families their schedules, rosters, and league communications.
Accounts are for adults only
Only parents, guardians, coaches, and league administrators create accounts. Children do not have logins and cannot sign in. Player information is entered by the league from its own registration records, not collected from children.
What we store
About adults: email address, and optionally name and phone number. Email is used to sign in and to send account and league notifications.
About players: first and last name, birthdate, division, team assignment, jersey number, and the household they belong to. This comes from AYSO Region 820’s registration records.
Activity: messages you send in team chat, and whether you marked a player as attending an event.
Safety records: if a coach or league official files an incident report, it contains the details AYSO's national form requires — including injury information and, for a minor, guardian contact details. These are visible only to the Regional Commissioner and Safety Director.
Who can see a player’s information
Access is restricted at the database level, not merely hidden in the app. A player’s information is visible only to: adults in that player’s own household, the coaches and team staff of that player’s team, and AYSO Region 820 administrators.
There is no directory, search, or roster browsing that would let one family look up another family’s child. Households are joined using a code the league issues to that family.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for advertising or build advertising profiles. We do not track users across other apps or websites.
Service providers
We use Supabase for database hosting and authentication, Vercel for web hosting, and an email delivery provider to send sign-in codes and notifications. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your login and your personal profile. Player records belong to AYSO Region 820’s registration system; requests about those should go to the region directly.
One exception: if an incident report (injury, illness, or a similar safety record) was filed involving you or your child, AYSO requires the region to retain that report for at least 15 years. Those records are kept even if an account is deleted, and are visible only to AYSO Region 820’s Regional Commissioner and Safety Director.
